Private Chef Winner’s Dinner!

In September of last year we held our 2nd annual Private Chef Contest. The grand prize was to have Top Chef Canada Season 2 winner, Chef Carl Heinrich prepare dinner for the winner and 5 of their friends with all new table settings and décor from Urban Barn. The winner was Cassandra S. from Hamilton, Ontario and she recently had Chef Carl Heinrich over for her dinner!

Here is what she had to say:

“The dinner party was so great! The food was amazing and Chef Carl and Ryan were very accommodating and happy to be there! There was not a bit of food left by the end of the night, everyone really enjoyed all the flavours and of course, the wine pairings! They even left a little bit of cake for my sister’s husband who was unable to attend, which I thought was very thoughtful!

Was great to share it with my family, they must have cheersed me about 10 times! Very thankful for the experience!
